DesignCopenhagen accepts payment by:

Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT.
DesignCopenhagen uses a secure payment server, which encrypts all your card information using SSL, Secure Socket Layer, protocol. This means that your data is secure and that third parties cannot access your information. Payment is made via a 3D Secure connection, which makes online shopping safer for both the business and the cardholder. DesignCopenhagen’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol via Shopify.com.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and are not liable for sold-out or discontinued items. We also reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
A full 30-day return policy applies to items purchased at designcopenhagen.com, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order. For goods that are specially made for you, such as custom colors or custom dimensions, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and from the time of withdrawal, the item must be received by us no later than 14 days thereafter. The period is calculated from the day on which you receive the complete order. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item or by failing to collect or accept it.
If you wish to receive a refund, DKK 49 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping costs for regular GLS shipment orders.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. In other words, you may not use the item, but you may inspect it in the same way as you would in a physical store.
Items must be securely packed in their original packaging, including box filling, protective paper, manuals, etc. If the product is damaged upon return, and if we assess that it has not been packed securely, we cannot refund the money.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used. This means that, if you withdraw from the purchase, you may only receive part of the purchase amount back, or possibly nothing, depending on the commercial value of the item. It is up to DesignCopenhagen to assess the condition of the item.
If your product was damaged upon receipt, please document this with photos and contact us.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day we have received your return.
We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. If this is not possible, a credit note may be issued. Refunds will not be made to other cards.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the item.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service.
If the complaint is due to transport damage, the complaint must be made within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect or fault. In this case, a maximum of 1 week is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of complaints, DesignCopenhagen will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

You may also choose to arrange the return shipment yourself.

Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.
Alle beløb er i DKK. Danske kroner og er inklusive moms.
Designcopenhagen bruger en sikker betalingsserver (QuickPay), der krypterer alle dine kortoplysninger med SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. Det betyder, at din data er sikker og at udefrakommende ikke kan aflæse dine informationer. Betalingen foregår over en 3D Secure forbindelse, som gør nethandel mere sikkert for både forretning og kortholder. mørckdesign.dks egen hjemmeside bruger ligeledes kryptering med SSL protokol (Shopify.com).
Der tages forbehold for prisfejl og udsolgte/udgåede varer. Endvidere forbeholder vi os ret til at ændre i priserne uden forudgående samtykke.
Fortrydelsesret og returnering
Der gives 30 dages fuld returret på varer købt på designcopenhagen.com, med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af ordren. Ved køb af varer der er specielt fremstillet til dig - f.eks. specialfarver eller specialmål - bortfalder fortrydelsesretten.
Fortrydelse skal anmeldes til os senest 14 efter leveringen og fra fortrydelsen skal varen være os i hænde senest 14 dage efter. Perioden regnes fra den dag, hvor du modtager hele ordren. Du kan ikke fortryde købet ved at nægte at modtage varen ved ikke at hente/tage imod den.
Såfremt pengene ønskes refunderet, fratrækkes der kr. 49,- fra returbeløbet for fragtomkostninger ved regulere forsendelsesordrer med GLS.
Varens stand ved returnering
Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, den fungerer på. Med andre ord – du må ikke tage varen i brug, men du kan besigtige varen på samme måde, som hvis du handlede i en fysisk butik.
Varer skal pakkes forsvarligt i original emballage: kassefyld, beskyttelsespapir, manualer mv. Såfremt produktet er itu ved returneringen - og hvis vi vurderer, det ikke er pakket forsvarligt - kan vi ikke refundere pengene.
Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragter vi den som brugt, hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi. Det er op til mørckdesign at vurdere varens stand.
Såfremt dit produkt var beskadiget ved modtagelse, bedes du fotodokumentere dette og kontakte os.
Tilbagebetaling af købsbeløbet
Hvis du fortryder dit køb, får du dine penge tilbage. Hvis varen er værdiforringet, fratrækker vi det beløb, du hæfter for.
Vi refunderer dit beløb senest 14 dage fra den dag, hvor vi har modtaget din returnering.
Vi tilbagefører pengene med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved købet. Er dette ikke muligt kan et tilgodebevis udstedes. Der tilbageføres ikke til andre kort.
Vi kan tilbageholde betalingen indtil vi har modtaget varen.
Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation.
Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved forkert betjening af produktet / ydelsen.
Skyldes reklamation fragtskade, skal der reklameres i "rimelig tid" efter du har opdaget manglen/fejlen. Her anses max. 1 uge som rimelig tid, med mindre andet er aftalt.
Ved reklamationer vil designcopenhagen dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang.
