Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you will be happy with your artwork from Design Copenhagen. If, however, you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us at mail@designcopenhagen.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return your order, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
The artwork must be returned in good condition and securely packaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the item until it has been received by us.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
The refund will include the purchase price and the standard delivery cost paid when placing the order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your artwork is damaged during delivery, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@designcopenhagen.com.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the item and, where relevant, the packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Custom or Personalised Artwork
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to artwork that has been made specifically to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to what you ordered.
